Involving himself with the Greater Conejo Valley Chamber of Commerce, Tim founded the Emerging Leaders, a young professionals networking group in 2012, and remains the current Chairman, and also serves as an Ambassador in the Greater Conejo Valley Chamber of Commerce, which led to him receiving one of the 40 Under 40 awards for 2017.
